ICT Tools
ICT initiatives of the MHRD, UGC and its interuniversity centres (IUCs) information and library network and consortium for educational communication (CEC), in the form of digital platforms which can be accessed by the teachers, students and researchers in universities and colleges, for broadening their horizon of learning. On 14 May 2020, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has developed an e-Governance platform, SAMARTH Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP), under the National Mission of Education in Information and Communication Technology Scheme (NMEICT).
